This applies to US market.

To help you out with the decision, here is an excel sheet. It will not only tell you if your lease deal is good but also compare your lease to buy option and direct buy option.

It also has a tab to learn the lease terms and relevant fee.

I have added an example, this is not a real deal but example to show. Replace values in the “Odyssey 2017 Ex-L” column with your values. Other sheets will automatically show you the output.
